Empower Fitness is all about enabling everyone to have the confidence to be the best version of themselves in a way that suits them. It's not about being the perfect athlete or living up to a stereotype. We're all unique and on our own journey and I want everyone to find out what that is!

I'm a level 3 qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer. I'm passionate about helping people find their groove with health and fitness the same way I have. I want to help remove the pressure of living up to other people's expectations through  online fitness classes and personal training, and face to face too!

For years I had an on and off relationship with health and fitness. I struggled with body confidence and any sort of routine, causing yoyo weight and on and off fitness. I found my place with my own amazing personal trainer in the pandemic and realised that this was something I wanted to help other people with to!
