You can sign up for classes through the website or you can reach out directly via email or WhatsApp - there's no pressure to join if you just want to enquire!
Most classes require minimal equipment and are bodyweight only. We may recommend some dumbbells or resistance bands for strength training, but we will always make adjustments if you don't have equipment. Oh, the only thing you will need is a mat!
Absolutely! Classes are for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Each session includes modifications to ensure you can participate safely and effectively, regardless of your experience.
Classes are between 30 and 45 minutes, to aim to fit in around everyone's busy schedules!
Always! Classes run three times a week and every class is delivered live via Zoom. When you join the community, you will get access to the Zoom joining instructions that you can use on your phone or laptop.
Yes, we also provide one-on-one personal training sessions online. These sessions are customized to your specific fitness goals and needs, offering personalized guidance and support - in person coming soon!
